We came here for quick dinner and were so overjoyed with the excellent menu choices. We had many dishes and all were most excellent! The Malaysian curry didn't last long enough to get a picture, but i got pictures of the rest. The thai tea was also perfect.

OMG! You have to check out Basil Vegan Thai & Sushi—it's so delicious, it might just convince you to go vegan! They serve the best vegan Thai and sushi in Las Vegas! What I love is that they don't rely too much on fake vegan meats; instead, they use tofu, fresh vegetables, and jackfruit for their sushi and Thai dishes! Honestly, you’d think you were eating meat, but it’s all plant-based! It’s simply amazing! Picking a favorite dish is tough because everything was fantastic, but the standout for me was their incredible plant-based sushi! We tried the Salmon Nigiri (roasted seasoned orange bell pepper on sushi rice), Tuna Nigiri (roasted seasoned tomato on sushi rice), and Eel Nigiri (cooked eggplant on sushi rice topped with sweet soy and sesame seeds). Plus, we sampled a variety of other delicious rolls! For the Thai food, we had Pad Thai, green curry, and fried rice, among many other dishes! They even offered a refreshing lemongrass tea. And for dessert, you can't miss the warm sticky rice with mango—such a delightful touch! The black sesame cheesecake was to die for! If you find yourself in the area, definitely give this place a try, whether you're vegan or not—it will make you want to embrace veganism! They also have another location on the northwest side of town called Daikon, which is fantastic as well. What makes Basil unique is their emphasis on Thai dishes, all of which were absolutely amazing, and I didn’t miss the meat at all! As an omnivore and a foodie, I know when I’ve found good food. I hope you’ll support this incredible local gem—I want them to thrive because their food is just that good! Support your locals, and eat local! 500 East Windmill Lane, ste 145, Las Vegas, NV 89123 Free Parking HOURS Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sun- 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What an amazing find! If you're in search of a vegan Asian fair, you definitely need to try this place. Basil is a spacious location with very comfortable seating. We were promptly greeted, seated and automatically offered water. Their menu has a good range of options for both Thai and Sushi. As a meat eater, this place definitely hits the spot. Not only are the dishes beautifully plated, it taste amazing. Great staff, delicious food, we're definitely coming back.

As a vegetarian, I 1000 percent approve of the vegan food here. It is absolutely delicious and I wish there was a location by my house. I immediately marked the restaurant in my maps so I can make sure to come back and pass the word. So delicious!!! Everything my group got tasted amazing. The seaweed salad, egg rolls, and all of the “sushi” rolls had so much flavor.

Very good Thai food and fully vegan. Prices are fair and mid range. Their tom yum soup appetizer is very good and a must get. Their service is very good and would happily come back again for Thai food.

This is Daikon’s sister and opened up about 5 months ago. They both have the same owner so we weren’t surprised when the menu was the same but with more Thai options. Like Daikon, this restaurant is just as delicious. Our favorite was the sesame chicken rice as it’s unique in its flavor and texture. All of the rolls was extremely delicious, but our favor was the chefs special: golden knight roll (we can see why it’s a special). For dessert we had the molten lava cake and we couldn’t believe that it was vegan. The chocolate was sweet but not too sweet and it was tasty overall. We also tried the deeper fried bananas and then coconut cream was the best part. Bananas were well flavor and fried. Service was excellent as the staff know us by names now. Fantastic restaurant overall and we’re proud at how far they have come. Definitely one of the best vegan restaurants on our list so it is highly recommended!

I rarely have experiences like I did at Basil! There was one person serving and taking orders and the place had a few customers and she did it all with speed and accuracy and humor. And the cooking, wow!!! Hats off to the chef Best food experience ever, in Vegas! Will be back
